We, unfortunately, are a science-minded people from a time ruled by scientism. It impacts everything, including how we read Scripture. We think, if it is important, it must be materially or scientifically important. In this article, we look at the creation of light in the minds of pre-scientific people.

If we think God is trying to communicate something about light particles and then scour the solar system for a source of light, we are already trying to answer a question that Scripture is not trying to address.
